Raising concerns in confidence.
Film & Stage Media Group encourages employees, contributors, partners and members of the public to report suspected wrongdoing connected with the Group. Reports are treated confidentially and are protected from retaliation.
The policy covers suspected illegality, breaches of Group policy, financial impropriety, fraud, bribery, harassment, safeguarding concerns, serious editorial misconduct and any conduct that endangers the public.
Concerns may be submitted in writing to Admin@FilmAndStageMediaGroup.com marked "Confidential — Whistleblowing". Reports may be made anonymously. Include as much specific detail as possible: individuals, dates, locations and any supporting documents.
The Group prohibits retaliation of any kind against a person who raises a concern in good faith. Suspected retaliation is itself a reportable breach under this policy.
Reports are reviewed by the corporate office. Where appropriate, matters are referred to external counsel, auditors or the competent authorities. The reporter is kept informed of progress to the extent legally possible.
