Film & Stage Media Group prohibits bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments and any form of corrupt inducement, whether offered to or by an employee, contractor, agent or intermediary of the Group, in any jurisdiction.
This statement applies to all Group entities, subsidiaries and brands and to anyone acting on their behalf. It reflects the standards of applicable law, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.
Gifts and hospitality may only be offered or accepted where they are modest, transparent and unlikely to influence a business or editorial decision. Cash gifts of any value are prohibited.
Suspected bribery or corruption should be reported confidentially through the Whistleblowing Policy or to Admin@FilmAndStageMediaGroup.com.
