Governance

How the Group is held to account.

Film & Stage Media Group operates under formal corporate governance and a set of institutional standards that separate ownership from editorial judgment, and business interests from journalistic independence.

Principles

Institutional standards.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions across all Group publications are made independently of commercial, investor or partnership relationships.

Corporate Transparency

Ownership, contact identity and institutional structure are declared publicly and consistently across all Group properties.

Ethical Conduct

Every brand adheres to written standards of accuracy, sourcing, conflict-of-interest disclosure and correction.

Accountable Structure

The Group maintains clear lines of accountability between the corporate office, brand leadership and editorial teams.

Statement

Editorial independence.

Film & Stage Media Group affirms that editorial decisions in every Group publication — including Film & Stage Magazine — are made by editors and journalists on the basis of newsworthiness, accuracy and public interest. Coverage is not conditioned on advertising, sponsorship, partnership or investor relationships.

The corporate office does not review editorial content prior to publication and does not direct editorial verdicts. Complaints regarding editorial matters should be directed to the relevant publication.
